Second story addition to an existing one-story 1950's vintage beach cottage in San Clemente, California. Superlative work by General Contractor Mike Grover and his crew. The addition was carefuly designed and constructed to preserve extensive recent remodeling work on the first floor, with good success. Our favorite project of 2016!
